No, i got the 120 second rule in that post. It's called post flood.

Ah, ok. Can't wait for the forum time offset stuff to get fixed. If it doesn't happen soon, I'm moving to England, where the time on the Scratch forums is correct.

Wouldn't help if you move to England. I think they are on DST now - so it's still off by one hour. :p
