Description: Fibbonacci Spiral Generator! Dedicated to the number phi! Sit back relax and enjoy the spirals! ------------------------- If you'd like to get a bit more mathematically involved, notice some of the patterns in the spirals. There are spirals going one way with all the dots the same color ... show more

Description: This program will find an approximation of PHI based on any X position greater than 0 and less than 150 of Point B. It uses a mathematical equation to determine, based on the size of each segment, PHI, a.k.a. "The Golden Ratio". It would be more precise if it was bigger, but it is still fa ... show more

Description: This project calculates irrationality numbers for numbers or strings. An irrationality number is defined as follows: The tier-n irrationality number of x is defined as: The xth digit of e concatenated with the xth digit of pi concatenated with the xth digit of phi concatenated with the xth digit ... show more

Description: This method of approximating PHI uses the Fibonacci sequence, which adds the current number and past number to each other, making the next number. PHI is determined by one number divided by the previous number, getting more accurate as it goes. This method is more reliable than the distance method.

Description: This won't work properly unless you download it. I think it's because rounding of large numbers works differently online. It uses the Fibonacci Sequence to compute Phi, and uses Fourier Division to handle the large input and output values (cf another project called fourierDivision).

Description: This is a game were you try to divide up a line (the slider) so that the long over the short equals the golden ratio. Use the mouse to get the dot on the slider into a general position, and then use the arrow keys to fine tune it. Phi, A.K.A. the golden ratio is equal to 1.61803..., but the annoying ... show more
