Download "Scratch dosen't like…"(one sprite and one script) and open it in Scratch Project Notes
Scratch will go to the opposite x and y position of the mouse. I did it by making Scratch the Cat go to the x position of the mouse pointer x-1 and same with y position. The only way you can get Scratch the Cat to touch the mouse pointer is by puting the mouse pointer in the middle of the screen.
