This calculator is based on the simple calculator built by MSP1. It's designed to show the new and old Final Value Fees paid to eBay when selling an item based on the changes that will occur on Feb. 20, 2008. This does not take into account any of the other fee changes and so is not a perfect reflection of what the cost of actually selling an item on eBay is. If you need an in-depth analysis of eBay fees, I suggest hunting for a more complex calculator.
Anyway, either click on the numbers or use your keypad to enter the final sale price of an item on eBay. Then choose which final value fee you would like to see (based on the PowerSeller discounts that will also go into effect on Feb. 20, 2008).
The C key clears the displayed amount. If you download this to see how I built it, I apologize for how horribly the variables are named. I changed my mind halfway through about how I wanted to handle variables and didn't have time to re-build it all. Lesson learned, plan out variable names in advance.
Interesting, on my computer, the fee automatically rounds to hundredths, but here it carries on. I'll work on this later.
