Nice remix! Although for me it freezes online, but works fine when downloaded. I think the problem may be that your bouncer sprite has this big filled circle in the middle, which sometimes hits the wall first (instead of one of the sensors). Perhaps it would work better if the ball were a separate sprite following the bouncer (I'm not sure, though...)
