Train yourself with this simple counter.
An exellent way to keep fit.
You can do weight-lifts, pushups, sit-ups, or what ever you want.
Instructions:
Set how many individual exercises you want to do, how many different types of exercise you want to do, and the speed at which you wish do do them.
The bleep means "Do the exercise!"
The gong signifies that you are to move on to the next exercise.
The music means that you have completed your workout.
