Sorry, I forgot to tell you how to save the blocks! All you have to do is click anywhere after saving, click Open, and click Scratch to see the blocks, put them in a sprite, and export the sprite to use it in regular projects!
By the way, the Water Ripple graphic effect does NOT work; that's why I didn't include it in the tutorial!

hey, nickster08 (or do u want me 2 call suburanite now?), on macs, to save it's command (or apple, depending what version of comp. u have) instead of alt.

i'm trying to find another "loop hole" in the scratch source code so i can get some more blocks like that because whenever i try to make my own blocks it either changes them to a normal block or says it's obsolete but with the graphic effects block, it doesn't check for the obsolete effect! lol (sorry, i'm just doing bunch of things at once right now lol)

(view all replies)1 question: when im editing the text in the graphic effect names, how do i get the words i put in to match up in the column like the rest of them? do i just add a bunch of spaces, or is something else.
