Nice work. So you want to make a 3d one? That would be very difficult, but possible. It could: draw the edges of the squares that are facing the camera, (tricky) in the colors needed. Then it would need to know what face the mouse is over. (tricky) and be able to detect what direction the user is clicking and dragging. (not too hard) If they click and drag outside the cube it could rotate the camera. See my the 3d desk project for 3d 2 axis rotation code.

I am working on rubik's cube in basic for a ti 83+ or higher calculator. When ready will upload to www.ticalc.org it can then be downloaded
