sorry, i was under the misconception that they were both power 100...
well starkiller, empoleon is a good pokemon, but surf is in fact less powerful than hydro pump. i can see that your battle strategy is all- out attack, and you dont take your time to defeat your enemys. its not a bad thing, but maybe you should try to take your time and see if it helps if you have trouble beating people. empoleon's stats are based around sp atk and sp def, makinmg them a good mixed pokemon, making them good for things like uping their stats then attacking. rampardos actually have the best attack out of any pokemon, but their other stats are weak, so theyre easy to KO. their speed is also quite low, and you need speed if you have good attack, otherwise you'll get wiped out first. my next pokeducation will be about umbreon, so you can see the benefits of defence over attack.
personally, I'd go for Empoleon or Rampardos. empoleon's 'Surf' attack is as good as Hydro Pump in single battle.
cool. ok, i will make more pokeducation, but im not sure which pokemon to choose next. you decide, if you want. try not to pick a legendary, haha.
