I tried it offline. On my computer it has problems. I sometimes wonder if Scratch is compatable with my system. It had too much flicker. I got rid of most of that by adding a 1 sec delay before the broadcast "refresh" command. I often have to add delays when working with the broadcast function. It still skips a few counts, I suppose it needs more delay commands to get rid of this.
waitasec... I wonder if that would make it work online...

ONILINE:PUSH GREEN FLAG TWICE
a digital lcd clock using a system much like the REAL LCD system, but with costumes instead of positions. It is known to lose 30 seconds every hour offline, online, 8 minutes every hour.
hour: up/down minute: left/right
1.3.0.1: sound & minute glitchfix 1.3: added sound and second timer 1.2: works online and offline fully
