I know how to catch him. You have to have the Azure flute. Enter spear pillar. The minit that you are on the square pannel at the entrance, Play the Azure flute. A stairway will appear. Go up the stair way into the hall of origin. Arceus will be waiting for you.

(view all replies)If you get it: tip: Don't use Walk through walls or anything like that. You CAN use stuff like Max money, 999 Master balls etc. But nothing that you couldn't do in normal gameplay. I don't have it either... but once again all my friends do.
