Kermit is spelled with a "K". Here are two sources that confirm this: 1.) Disney official website [ http://disney.go.com/characters/#/characters/allcharacters/themuppets/ ]; 2. wikipedia [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kermit_the_Frog ].
