I decided to do this and did it... after a long time of thinking and wondering and problem solving (and costume designing) its done... left and right to steer, click on "unstick me" if you're stuck, as on occasion happens, and are glitching out inside (or on the edge of) the center circle. THE BALL BOUNCES OFF OF THE CENTER THING. I won't bother explaining anything else just download if you're interested enough.
