Complete the required number of tiles to move to the next level. Hit the Bonus button to speed up the water and get a better score.

No, you only lose points when pipes are replaced.

This game has been around for a while. Sometimes known as Pipe Mania or Pipe Dream. It has no specific end but it would be fairly difficult to get past level 20.
