Witch AI now hogs less cycles :) (She no longer looks for things to dodge while dead)

Portaling effect now hogs less cycles

Changed timing to work better in the java applet

Changed Blue horse demon to slightly less idiotic AI

Known issues:
Color cycle on title screen doesn't work in the java applet.
