This is pretty good. But I'm not so sure if it is "The Best". I think Tech Paint is. Just go to the last page of the Scratch Awards Gallery and you can find it there. Could you put an ad in for Effects Productions in the next version?
No bugs found, seems pretty solid. Here's a feature for you to try and implement: How about a key that when you press it, the mouse draws only straight lines? So you would "freeze" the Y coordinate at the position where the mouse was first clicked and then paint using the mouse X coordinate and the frozen Y coordinate. You'd need another key to do vertical lines. It would be very useful for making straight line drawings.
If you mean the paintbrush that says, 'Look!' its just a color-changing costume of the paintbrush. It should be able to draw. Thanks though. You are the first person reported a potential bug report!
This is pretty good. Check out mine (also a painting program)It works a little better, and is REALLY cool if you have a scratch board. the fact that you have to restart to switch out of random color mode is kind if annoying, but otherwise this is pretty nice :)
Paint Scratch Pro 1.5 series continues onward with PSP 1.6! This is a mid-step (minor) release that connects 1.5 with the upcoming next-gen PSP release - PSP 2.0! You might also see a 1.7 for a more swift movement towards 2.0 if the interface changes drasticly.
The deal with paintbrushes: if yours in on here and you want credit or it taken off, then tell me. If you want your brush on here and its not, then tell me.
Please review and post bugs!
PSP 1.6 - Moved the ad box so it doesn't wobble anymore. Crossbars button has a white background so you can click anywhere in the button to activate them. Opening animation is one sprite/script (more compact), and color names are no longer under the picture to reduce space.
