This is my version of the balancing robot (made with Lego Wedo) recently shown on the scratch-ed site. All the control variables are specified at the beginning of the program so you can play with them. Create your balancing robot and hold vertically before pressing the RESET button to set the distance for the upright robot. Move it around a little to see how the variables work and then start the more. See http://scratch.redware.com for (forthcoming) video tutorial.
