I agree with Paddle2See, it's a cool project and it has potential. I downloaded it to study the code.
Then I made two similar projects with smaller stamps.
If you are interested, here are the links.

I run into this issue all the time...I come up with a cool idea but I can't always think of a way to make it fun. Sorry if I'm not being all that helpful here. You can always pose it as a question in the All About Scratch forum and see if anybody else has any ideas :)
It wouldn't be that hard to build in a graphic front end that would let you make the pictures using the mouse and a pallet of colors. It could either be a separate editing project that is just used to create a list of numbers (use the export/import features of lists) or it could be part of this project. But that might take away some of the "magic" too since the user wouldn't have to work directly with the list any more. IDK.
I made both:
A separate editing project: (link to project)
and a project with three pictures:

All inspired by rbolsius' project and your comments.
This is a neat idea! Very original. Here's the problem though...many people aren't going to take the time to download an art project. Also, trying to make a picture by picking and typing numbers is going to take a very large amount of patience. Maybe you can appeal to their curiosity by including a hidden picture in the project (a list of numbers in a comment that they can paste into a text file and then import into the list) or something? Cool project though - it has potential.
This is sort of a strange project. You have to download it and edit the list and then the colors will be printed. The length of the list must be 108 and it can only contain blanks, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Blank-White
1-Black
2-Blue
3-Yellow
4-Red
5-Green

It is an experimental project. I will make some pictures, export them, and then past the numbers! That is a good idea!
