uh... it's about a girl who discovers that she is able to transform through a necklace-thingy that she has, and she meets other people that can, too. you've heard of the 'magical girl' genre of anime and manga, right? it's one of those. (e.g., tokyo mew mew, sailor moon, cardcaptor sakura, shugo chara, etc.)
