Ok, for many people, they wanted to know how to download images off of spriters-resource.com. I saved the picture from the topic that I searched on the website, then used it as a sprite. I then erased the other parts of the picture to just one image to get a certain sprite (example - a running sprite, jumping sprite, etc.). It took a while to erase all of the other unwanted image and then center it, but it was worth it.
