The Pfrit (Cicadae) is a small sandworm eating creature of the Planet Athens. This planet's life evolved from virus-like organisms, and is plauged by constant lightning storms. However, this energy is vital to the survival of many fascinating creatures there. The plant-like spires and shrubs work as lightning collectors, fueling the 'plant' with energy. Many creatures take energy from the plants, playing the role as herbivore. One plantlike virus, the Parasitic Voltvine, also steals from the treelike spires. They collect enourmous amounts of energy, and bury them in their root system. The vines always course with electricity, and any creature that cannot handle such heavy surges, will be fried on contact. That's you.
Place the mouse over the crosshair and press spacebar. The Pfrit will follow your mouse's movements. Lead the poor insectivore through the maze, grabbing sandworms as you go, to the burrow at the end. Make sure you avoid the Voltvines, and survive all six levels to get a password to play a Pfrit minigame. (See - "Voltvine Bonus")

22 lives. You can sort of cheat... press space over the borrow and you go to the next level.
there is a glitch on level 4 or 5 were if you touch a wall you get continuly zapped untill you die

Also, just moving your cursor over the exit and pressing Space is a way to skip through, but it won't earn you a single point.
PoDo, are you referring to the 'skip' motion that is created when you move the mouse around the window? 'Cuz that's how I play too. :P

with my cheat it takes 26 seconds to finish the game.

Its finally out! Yaaay! Important tip - Moving your mouse quickly can allow you to 'hop' over voltvines. It is risky however.
