Holli, I just put a tutorial in your gallery showing how to screen grab and clean up Scratch blocks to make them into sprites.

Hi, I'm advertising for my gallery, Help!. It's a gallery where I try to answer any questions people have about Scratch. I'll take any projects in Help!, but tutorials or how-to projects are the best. Please join this gallery and put in projects! Also, I'm trying to find out the answer to a question that a user asked me: how do you make Scratch commands into Sprites? Please respond if you know the answer.

To make something that looks like a circle, you can do repeat 720, move 0.5 steps turn 0.5.

to get pictures of the blocks, right-click on the stage, then select "grab screen region for new sprite". Then select the blocks. I had to delete all of the gray lines by hand though.

how did you get the sprite that looked like different commands?

you can make squares but you can't make circles...for squares, just go to the last step, change the value of sides to 4, then click the "make shape" button.

sorry, what I meant to say was that the exterior angles always add up to 360...you can find this by taking the supplementary angles of all the angles inside of a shape. For example, the supplementary angles for a 30/60/90 triangle are 150/120/90 and if you add (150+120+90) you will get 360.

There aren't 360 degrees in every shape. You take away two from the number of sides and times by 180 3 sides = 180 4 sides = 360 5 sides = 540 ect.
