You can make the timer reset, and try to fix the glitch where your ball goes out of the screen when someone kicks the ball there. Some suggestions are: When a goal occurs, you have a sprite with a word saying goal, then you change the ghost effect by 5 every 0.1 sec. Same things for when the ball is out.

glich: dribble/run with the ball straight into the other goal. impossible to defend against, and you end up with the ball again.
