As ZeroLuck said, it sounds like a Canvas tag is your best bet (though not necessarily your only bet). I'd say your first task is to find a way to transfer images from Scratch to your webpage to display them with JavaScript.
Could someone who knows how to program advanced things with JavaScript help me at this project? It should convert a scratch project to JavaScript. Download it and look at the scripts and please message me if you can help me!

Das wird sehr schwierig werden. Am besten du schaust dir Jens JavaScript Scratch an, und benutzt wie er das <Canvas> tag
