Sprite Duplication allows objects to basically duplicate on command during a game. Lets say that when an enemy dies you want two to pop up, you could code that easily. Also you could put several of the same sprites in one scene, allowing for less lag. Arrays basically are variables which change during gameplay based on assumptions. They are qite complicated but useful for some pretty complicated situations.
So, i decided to make something math related! This is a simple quadratics graphing calculator. Click the the numbers to change the input equation, then hit graph to see it graphed in front of your eyes! This program uses the quadratic formula, and a lot of equations to find x and y positions. This is great for math if you dont have a graphing calculator and you need to graph quadratics! Click the arrow to change from quadratics to absolute values. Enjoy!

powder game is better than scratch...
thankx it helped me a lot
I tried to make something like this but it didn't work.
we just started doing quadratic equation and stuff in math and im only 12
Are you a grade ahead in math?
not gook
cool!!!!
Not all that accurate
agreed
I made a quadratics calculator that can calculate the x-intercepts without graphing. (link to project)
it doesnt works
thtat's awesome
Cool check out the Graphing calculator gallery a lot of cool stuff like yours are now next to yours;=>
this project is on crack
ZOMG!!!!!!!!!!!! PARABOLAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hmm. It would be nice if it contained a basic description of the quadratic function for reference, or at least showed the math it was doing.
I am good at maths too!
Math is awesome! It's not boring! (But I can't understand it)
mee to
I Would like to Flag it for Boredom But I Won't
Although i kinda agree.
That's just rude!
ZZZ
yawn
wow I can actually use this for an assignment I have! (hope it's accurate lol)
oh wait I need to ba able to do negatives :(
This will be good for my math class
Haha :)
Watup newareagle. What R U really lookin forward to in 1.3

(view all replies)Hopefully arrays, splite duplication, and less lag. That would make Scratch about 1/3rd as powerful as Flash.
