A quick little game I made. I wanted to see if I could make a dragging script that allowed you to toss something across the screen. Its a little buggy, but it works! Hope you like it! Its not as much as a game, more of a presentation.

Yes, we americans did take the language in a way, and what we call soccer is called football in britain, so we have our differences. BUT this has no reason to be fought over. I think tommy564 was mean calling another type of people stupid, there is no reason to blame a WHOLE NATION based on what the founders did, but that is not their fault. It's nobody's fault

And we did not steal your language, actually, it isn't your language. 60% of the English language comes from Latin, so unless anybody on Scratch is a Roman, nobody here should be calling another stupid. got it? or do you need more explanation...
Tommy. We use a different form of the language. Its called a dialect. Also you shouldnt say anything bad about America because Im sure you would like to live here. Its kind of like when you say bloody and rubbish. Nobody cares that you say it because its just an every day word. Also if you cant spell it, dont speak it. It seems as if you "proper" english speakers cant spell. Please talk to me again when you use proper grammar. Thank you.

uh, its glitchy because it is hard to hit the ball and plus the turtle got thrown! into the goal too!
Yes, the turtle can get thrown into the goal. In soccer is the goalie not allowed to be in the goal? Also the scripts uses a true or false statement that says that if we the turtle is not being thrown it can hit the ball.

Nice! I've been trying to do this for a while. One problem: I moved the mouse one way, and the turtle moved the other!
It may have hit another object. The script are quite starnge though.
Wait a minute! I just came up with another way to do this... Without any bugs. Just make it so the turtle that's clicked on records the original mouse position, then wait until the mouse button is released. Then it will set its x and y velocities to the current mouse position minus the previous mouse positions. And, if you wanted to convert that back to a direction, you could use inverse trig functions!
But what if somebody sllooooooowly moved it far away? Wouldn't it move really fast, then?
