Oh yeah, i forgot, feel free to use my 'Slime' sprites (which are quite good replicas of the actual ones even if I say so myself) if you make another version of this game (which I doubt as you've already said this is the last'
yeah, there are actually a couple things that I kind of wanted to fix when i came out with this "last" version, but I had already made about 6 or 7 "last" versions and someone was getting annoyed since they kept having to re-add it to their gallery. But if I make another game about slimes, I will probably use yours since they look a lot better than mine lol. Thanks for the offer!
Wow this is amazing. I tried making my own Slime game on Scratch you can see it on '(link to project)' I did and I got soo happy and thought I was so good. Then I came across this and I realise how rubbish my game is. As a side note, come on man, you're an amazing programmer, so at least have some originality.
yeah, the physics are a bit floaty in comparison to real life, but I tried making it more realistic and it just got too difficult. If you want, you can download it and change the power (in the players, its the number that gets multiplied by the sin and cos of 90 minus the direction of the ball) and gravity (in the ball, or just from the options menu) scripts so that it's a little more realistic though.
Grrrrrrrrrr why doesn't the AI use his powerups? He has like 10! I LOVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lol I didn't realize that he didn't use them until after posting this version, and then I didn't want to post another one since I had already made you re-add it to that gallery a bajillion times... But if you want, you can make him do it by having the power-ups activate after a broadcast instead of when down arrow clicked (though that would be... rather tedious) and then have him broadcast that randomly every few seconds or so. Alternately, you can presss down arrow yourself to have him use them against you XD
I love this game! (I play it on my TI-84 calculator!) (And, yes, I do program stuff on it as well. (On it, i made a game where you avoid scrolling pixels)
Yeah, I programmed a program that solved all equasions. The only problem was that I programmed it AFTER I got done with equasions in algebra, and moved on to inequalities. :(
woah, I have a ti-84 too! Except I usually program stuff to make equations easier and stuff (like you plug in the numbers and it spits out the answer without having to deal with typing out the whole equation).
lol sorry for making so many versions after the last. IT was just i kept noticing glitches that only happened online, or i didn't like how the AI worked, or soemthing... but this is DEFINITELY the last one! thanks for the support!
This is the final version (for real this time)! Player one uses the WAD keys to move, and S to use items. Player 2 uses arrow keys to move, and down arrow for items. If you so desire, you can switch between 1 and two player mode on the options menu. You can also change the strength of gravity (the normal is .3) and select which power-ups appear. Changes from v5 are: You can now choose how hard the AI is. Levels 1 and 2 are pretty easy, 3 is standard, 4 gets a bit tough and 5 is pretty much unbeatable (not impossible though; it just takes a bit of practice. HINT: Try it with only the shrink powerup). Enjoy!
