also that control system really doesn't suit the game, particularly not considering the track shape, size of cars vs track width, etc. Have a go at a more tried & tested forward (which accelerates the car, then it decelerates less forcefully when you let go), backward (brakes hard then reverses slowly) and rotate left & right system? EG super sprint, micro machines?
to be more objective about it .... a nice try but it doesn't really work. i couldn't actually get either car past the first corner until blue "won" (not sure how). even without touching the grass, they just kept going "PIT STOP!" and floating back to the pit no matter what. And the words obscured the track somewhat (seemed that simply sitting still in the middle of the road made it happen). (cont>>)

Project Notes
Here's a 2 player racing game for all of disgruntled Lewis Hamilton fans (and anyone elso for that matter...) The red car is controlled by the cursor keys, and the blue car by w (up) s (down) a (left) and d (right). If you move off the circuit you incur 10 damage points and have to start again. Gain 100 damage points and you are out of the race. The circuit shape is based loosely upon the British Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit, Silverstone. Coming soon: Interlagos, Imola, Spa, Hochenheim and a whole lot more!
