Defeat the bosses with your mouse! Touching one does damage when he's not attacking (they turns red when they're attacking and at the start of the game); otherwise touching the bosses hurts you. They can also attck you while the are disappearing. Now with extras, which include minions that cannot be destroyed and a green star that regains your health.
