you can make that pen appear solid by simply moving your clear to the beginning. If you had any wait____secs scripts, you can just delete that. It should appear solid online and in presentation mode. If you still need help, check out my project quick-draw. It will help you by showing how to make solid lines for more that 20 sprites using only 1 pen!
