Jamie is right - his program is cleaner in that there isn't a huge turtle (a small cursor WOULD have been useful, though). He didn't give the URL - it's this: (link to project)">(link to project)
Simple idea, leading on to Logo (have a look at the free MSWLogo for a full-on version). Might have been better to use BTGYORV for colours as there is no real advantage to using QWERTAS when you're trying to remember which key triggers which colour.

In the next version, could you make the turtle a bit smaller so I can see what I am painting.
