yes you can.
Shiftclick the R of scRatch turn fill screen off bla bla bla, open systemBrowser, blablabla, choose scratchbla and bla choose instance,i think, then blockSpecs, Add a new block spec like thiese: ('previous costume',nameOfYourCommand,) i think is that, find the scratch website, also thar is block library wich yaw can find the blockspecs.
Just showcasing the blocks that I have created for Panther. WOOHOO!!! I'M APPARENTLY THE FIRST PERSON TO MAKE PANTHER MOTION BLOCKS!!! At least, there aren't any in the library. Check out more from the program at pantherprogramming.weebly.com For those who don't know what it is, it's an expansion of scratch that has a whole arsenal of new features and blocks, even allowing you to easily insert your own blocks! (much easier than my brilliant stretch insertion that took 2 hours. Ironically, opening my stretch sprite in panther results in perfect revertion to the Panther block.)
Here's the block uses:
Previous Costume: Like Next Costume, but switches to the costume before it. Extraordinarily useful for eliminating the whole switch to costume costume # - 1 script.
Open Panther Website:
Opens the Panther website when activated. Based on open scratch website block by Zorket/Sparks.
Go to Random Position:
Goes to a random place on the stage.
Spawn Collection:
Makes a sprite go to the edges of the stage.
Bounce:
Points a sprite in the oppsite direction it is currently facing.
$String$ as Uppercase:
Capitalizes what is typed in the box. Based on the lowercase block by Sparks.
Pause:
Pauses the game until the player presses OK. It is awesome because it actually freezes all the scripts that are running and continues them once ok is pressed.
Creator Info:
This one is still in development, as I'm trying to add a string, but it's not working right. So for now, you just replace [your name here.] with your username. It simply reports who created the project in an infobox.

Block: $Color$=$Color$? Code: t1=t2
Can you copy them into normal Scratch?
You probably can, but it's really complicated. Using Panther's just easier.
