But still, plasma isn't really needed, especially considering the age level of MOST scratchers, they don't really need to know what plasma is. And I do realize this was a school project, but still, he made this project for school, and most scratchers won't be old enough to understand plasma...he only made this project because he needed to for school.
cool, i just took this in science this year, so I already knew everything in this... you might want to mention that not many substances can sublime (adn it should go through the liquid phase on the way back to an ice cube) cool though
very good, but you only showed a solid, liquid and gas, there is also a sub state of gas called Plasma which I doupt you knew about. But this does feature a lot of imformation and I enjoyed it, you just forgot Plasma
nice! i remember learning this ages ago... i'm hoping to get into physics. 3 states are shown here. have you ever heard of plasma? it is superheated gas particles. i'm not quite sure of the theoretical information, but fire is an example. anyway, this was interesting, and entartaining. well done.
Good, but there is one thing I think is wrong; water, no matter what form it is in, is a substance. All substances have a specific density. It does not matter how much there is of a substance, or how spread out it is, or even if its a liquid or a solid or gas. The density is always the same.
density changes... density is mass/volume. mass is constant, but since the volume of a gas can change, so can it's density. I know be ause I learned it in school last marking period, in which I averaged 104 in science
BTW good project, like Paddle2See said, could be slower, perhaps you could have the blocks, [say:whatever you need to say],[wait until:key space pressed],[wait until:not key space pressed], [say:next thng you need to say] :), and good project for a first project
Very entertaining and informative! I had just a bit of difficulty keeping up with the text as it seemed to go by pretty fast for me. Maybe add a control to slow down or speed up the animation? That would be a bit of a challenge but it would be cool to see :)
What's funny is, the solid form of water (ice) takes up more room then the liquid form, where as other liquids solid forms, take up less room then other liquids liquid form

Noone really cares...stop spamming...(I know what TheExplodingCheez said, but it's not working.)
(view all replies)No Fun
The freezing beam is so epic. You must have taken a while to make it. ^_^
You should also explain that any heat added to a gas will make the particles even further apart.
you should make one about how plasma behaves
But still, plasma isn't really needed, especially considering the age level of MOST scratchers, they don't really need to know what plasma is. ...this is grade 7 stuff, isn't this hard enough? For me, not so much. I've learned grade 7 things in grade 4...luiz...but still. Plasma is HARD man!
(view all replies)You better change your behavior, electrons!
good job, but i think the words need to move a little slower because i was racing to read it and somepeople cant read as fast as me
@*&#%!!$%! I became a gas!
(link to project)
cool, a lot of imformation
there's another state where molocules become a SUPERMOLOCULE(or atoms be SUPERATOMS)!
It's called plasma.
(link to project)
I learned more than in my science class! The movie part makes it more fun and exciting. And you put it in a simple way.
sweet now i can use this for my science
Can't....read...that.....fast....!
You can try downloading the project and adjusting the times. :)
(view all replies)cool.
sadly, I found this project boring. don't be upset it's just that it's all facts that I already know.
But not everyone knows these facts, and it's a nice animation anyway :)
(view all replies)!@#$%^&*()!@#$%^&*()!@#$%^&*() VERY HIGH TECH! :O
Cool! What's odd is that I learned about this in school today.
odd... i've been learning about this too...
Funny.

cool dude
Very good. People seem to have found good interest in this.
This helped me alot on my science test... anyways thanks alot!
Wow, I take my hat off to you, this is awesome! I love how you put the information into a story! 10/10
Cool! I made a project a while back called 'What's the Matter?' kind of similar to this, but yours is WAYYYYYY better.
AWESOME!!!!!! Very informative!
Cool man.

plasma is electrified gas right?
(view all replies)There's also bose einstein condensate... I'm not sure if water does that though...
(view all replies)great but i can't read all!
read quick, or download it and make the times for the speech bubbles longer.
(view all replies)Awesome job :) i love it :) reminds me off my days at school :)
It speeks to fast.
I was just going to say that when I saw you already did!
Hi masterhand7 - I'm curating this project because it is a brilliant animation and is also very educational. Good work! :)
I learned some stuff. thank you

I believe plasma is electirfied gas, and fire is not plasma, it's just pure heat energy (well, and electromagnetic energy in the form of light)
(view all replies)oops, I told masterhand7 he forgot that too.
(view all replies)Good project. This is what I was thinking of when I got this program. I like yours.
Good, but there is one thing I think is wrong; water, no matter what form it is in, is a substance. All substances have a specific density. It does not matter how much there is of a substance, or how spread out it is, or even if its a liquid or a solid or gas. The density is always the same.

(view all replies)They have a specific density at a specific temperature. Water is most dense at 4C than at any other temp. That's why ice floats.
(view all replies)I think you may be thinking of mass though.
At least, I'm pretty sure that's how it works. I might be wrong and you may be right, but I'm not sure.
wow! i really liked this!
thanks. By the way your user image appears in cube world 2
a puddle doesn't turn into a cube unless it is in a cubic container... it should just be an icy blob or an icicle but whatever this is cool.
thanx
We learned all this, Excellent project!
gr8, thanx pinochio
Awesome job! A lot of first projects aren't nearly the quality as this.
by the way i want to credit learnscratch.org for teaching me all i needed to know.
thanx beandude
Cool! And very entertaining!
Thanks greenflash other people have been saying the same thing already. And it's in 3 galleries!! Not bad for a 1st project!
(view all replies)This is the greatest project I have seen in a while! I added it to my FMT's Picks gallery and +1 Love-It!
thanx, chrischb also luvs it.
BTW good project, like Paddle2See said, could be slower, perhaps you could have the blocks, [say:whatever you need to say],[wait until:key space pressed],[wait until:not key space pressed], [say:next thng you need to say] :), and good project for a first project
Thanks deatheater
Great first project BTW!
Thx.

Maybe I'll release another version with the text slowed down. Thx for the suggestion.
(view all replies)wonder if people are going to start remixing this...
can't wait til tomorrow to see what people say about this project. It's already in chrischb's elite picks (YAY!)
What's funny is, the solid form of water (ice) takes up more room then the liquid form, where as other liquids solid forms, take up less room then other liquids liquid form
This is just AMAZING! It's the best animation I've seen for months, and it's educational as a bonus. It has good dialogue as well!
Thanks,Chrischb!! And it's my FIRST project!
