Infinite scrolling code from Archmage :-)

You are in a cave of your choice, your training mission is to explore as far as you can without crashing into the floor, ceiling, or the rocks. Once you crash, you will be instantly be transported back to the entrances. Hold down the mouse button to rise higher, let go to drop. HQ will be sending in powerups and more surprise help, plus an actual goal, and even secret passages and more caves.
Fixed the glitch where the ball falls down when you retry a cave, also fixed the scrolling glitch a bit.
Press the "a" key to see your average distance

I was actually planning to have a shield, but I don't know how to position it perfectly, because it has to be reverse scrolling. Maybe you could add a shield. :-)

Nice! I had a little trouble getting started a couple of times as I hit a rock right off. But it's fun to play. Some sort of shield would be nice.
