Download the 25 sprites and 106 scripts of "Windows vista" and open it in Scratch Project Notes
This is an upgraded version of my old windows vista. click the icons in the start bar to make their windows appear and click the quit button to quit. I was going to have draggable windows but it was mucking up the quiting function. non of the applications do anything.
