i prefer exact animation showing each letter which would mean when the man says "a" his mouth says "a" along with it and not something that looks like some strange dubbed movie

Good tutorial. I once made a movie where all the characters only had 2 different mouth positions... they were pretty much yelling the whole time =D
This is kind of lip sync, what I have trouble with is when to start and stop the lips to move. Awesome tutorial.

Cool project :). As a reply to your comment on my question about RHY being banned, yes, he was a very good Scratcher in the sense that his projects were very advanced and fun. However some of his actions in the community were considered rude and disrespectful by the Scratch Team, so he was banned. I can't really discuss anything more specific than that.
