Download "iShark.1"(10 sprites and 43 scripts) and open it in Scratch
Project Notes
This is a word completion game for use in an ESL (English as a Second Language) class.
Incomplete Sentences appear at the top of the screen. You, as the shark, must chase down all words that correctly complete the sentence. Each time you "eat" a correct word, you will gain a point. If you "eat" an incorrect word, you will lose a point.
Note that the phonic "aI" (in red) is being used for the long "i" sound in both the sentences and the words.
Watch out for whales, divers and other dangers! If they touch you, you lose 3 points.
Also note that this is designed for use by a class in the UK so there are some Britishisms such as: "go to Uni" (go to the University).
Credit goes to Redware for the original Fish game on which this is based, and to Kpmichelsen for the game idea.

Thanks Paddle2See. It looks really good! I'll make some minor changes and will then let you know.

Nice! I'll take a whack at turning the first screen into a title screen. It's not hard, I just need to remember how to do it.
