What I really want is an "every 0.03 seconds" loop, rather than a wait.
I'm not sure why you have the .03 second wait in the Move Ball routine. I got much smoother action by removing the Wait entirely and dropping the velocity scaling constants from .03 to .01.
Excellent, and very reusable. I especially like the thoroughly commented code. My high score on the web is so awful I'm not going to post it, since my machine is *so* slow and *so* old, but I will try it on a better one once I get home!
Use left and right arrow keys to control paddle.
Two points for every hit, 5 for each time you hit one of the two pins.
Lose 10 points for each ball that falls through.

Well, a round paddle makes more unexpected directions and we loose faster. I love it.

Finally, a Pong game that is fun to play! Very nice, I like the combination of Pinball and Pong. My web score is 182.
