Very interesting...an exploration of self. I had trouble with the stars as I didn't realize that I needed to click to make them appear. If you want an infinite number of stars, I suggest switching to Stamp with a randomly selected costume.
karen: I got your message re the bubble menu project. The inspiration for the project grew out of the mac-like interface we worked on previously. It occurred to me that it might be cool to use a 2-d (polar coordinate) rather than linear type menu. When I did, it evoked bubbles. The main thing I wanted to do, though, was provide a simple but cool way to choose from various options. I used it recently on my Zen garden project at http://www.(link to project)
I am interested in the ways people experience the world and how those experiences can be communicated to others. In this project, I hope to share some of my experiences: transitioning from externally imposed symbols, to consciously selected symbols, and finally, unconsciously fabricated symbols. The project is intended as an interactive exploration of experiences.
Lots of little pieces went into this project, but broadcasting was a central component, as it controlled the appearance and playback of each scene. (As for content, the images were my own and the music is Creative Commons licensed.) There are many things that encourage me to think about for future work. In the second scene, only a finite number of stars can appear. I would like to optimize the production and appearance of stars. I also want to explore different types of interactive user interface controls. Maybe instead of tabs I could try a slider.

Interesting. Very different, but cool. As far as strange user interfaces, you might like this one: http://www.(link to project)
