LOL, I decided to check up on my scratch account since I moved on to other programming languages. And I finally realized what you meant by this. I forgot to make any other numbers besides the answer show up on the screen. :P I should have seen that as being not the greatest design.
Please move my company ad to the collaboration section in the forums. Sorry if I caused you any trouble, but I didn't know there was a collaboration forum. XD
Hi Paddle2See. I was wondering if you could feature this project. It features an amazing interface, and advanced programming. This could easily be the best calculator on Scratch there is.
It seems that the calculator runs perfectly, but unless the equation includes at least one subtraction the calculator goes into an infinite loop before it can print the answer on the screen.
I like your straight-forward approach of operating directly on the in-fix representation of the expression! However, I think you might find that it gets a bit more complicated when you try to include parenthesis and unary operators or functions. A stack-based approach like I used makes more sense to me then. What you have her, though, is very cool. You might want to take out the big music files on the stage though...I don't think they are used and they slow down the download :)
Thank you for your comment. I already had a plan for parenthesis, unary operators, and a syntax error sensor. As well as a screen so you can view your entire equation.
Version 1 Notes- "I made this for Everest, Kami Studios OS. I worked hard on this so, I would appreciate credit if you used it in any project other than everest.Thank you."
It's here! The new draggable, clickable, BEDMAS, Full string calculator, with screen!
I finished debugging it, and it should be able to stand up to whatever you throw at it. This is Version 2, Updates to come include, second screen for viewing entire calculations, decimal button, backspace button, and clear all button. If you have any other suggestions please tell me in the comments section.

is it just me or does it not work
It's just you.
OH! This calculator is fantastic! We can work to turn this into a fantastic app for Shift!
Hmmm. It's still not working online for me at least. I click on the numbers but nothing shows up?

You have to be more patient with pushing the buttons online. Usually if the button doesn't change you didn't push it properly.
(view all replies)No. It still works.

(view all replies)Suggestion: Find out why it isn't working online and find a work around :)
(view all replies)OMG! I fixed the calculator, It should now work online! It would be great if you could feature this.

No, the only thing I can think of is that subtraction is the last operation it performs.
(view all replies)For some reason only the subtraction works online!
