If you want to make scripts your icon, right-click the stage, use the "grab screen region for new sprite" and then grab the scripts right out of the scripting area to make it a new sprite. Put the sprite in the middle of the stage. Then, right-click the background and choose "save image of stage". Save it to the desktop. Then just upload it to Scratch. Do the same thing for backgrounds.

Just another question...How did you get your the backgrounds/ scripts in your project to be your icon?

No, you would have to make a big background sprite that took up the whole screen with different scripts and costumes, and then export that sprite.
