If anyone is interested in "fancier mouse stuff" This project has a kinda neat 2 sprite approach to determining where on a sprite the mouse has clicked (vs just it clicked on it)
Download the 15 sprites and 44 scripts of "RABID" and open it in Scratch
Project Notes
Use Mouse to Move Laser, Clock on the green nozzle to change the laser angle, click the red fire button to fire the laser. The Clear Button removes previous "laser" tracks. Use Selector to select a specific puzzle/shape, click the fox for a random shape. Try to determine the shape under the blackout. This "game" is designed to be an analogy of the Rutherford experiments with gold foil. Shout Outs to Mike Patterson for the ideas, and general motivation, and to "chalkmarrow" for the original work on a set of laser sprites.
