Still, good idea! There IS a way it IS possible. Make the two control blocks different sprites, and THEN do the “change color by (insert number here)”.
I hacked scratch. Because, of course, if it was change color by (insert number here), then how is is it possible that the control blocks are 2 different colors?

Let me guess. You made a project and put in the script. Then you exported that, turned it into a sprite, and changed the color effect.
