Really fun game and ideas are excellent, but i think to make the game even better you could add some more characters in the game, maybe a person trying to dodge the fireworks.

Nice one Jay - I was going to make a boom boom rocket (Xbox360) type game out of my fireworks display but don't have the time maybe you wish to have a go ?
I notice you're passing a number to "play sound". I'm surprised the Scratch builder even lets you do that. I'm guessing the Java environment for Scratch doesn't know what to do with a number there.
I don't know why the sound doesn't work
