Sure :D (1) Use Photoshop for graphics, Scratch's editor is trash. (2) Don't make it look cheap by drawing the entire thing with the "Pencil" tool. (3) Don't clone Windows by labelling the menu button "Start" and making the bar blue - be creative. :) (4) Minor details. Use soft gradients, but don't go crazy with pink, yellow, green, teal.... Make it look pro. Would you use Windows if the entire UI was written in bright red Comic Sans?
OS 6 is a cheap project using my name, I'm debating weather I should accept that into my versioning system. OS 5 looks cool. I was off Scratch the last few months and must've missed it. Scratch needs better versioning support. Maybe a "Previous versions" box on the side of the page.
