Well, they should of given you credit. Even though Scratch has a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License, it doesn't really mean you can claim it as your own. You are to build upon it, not be rude about it.
ask for my permission before remixing. (and i DID spend ages on it to make it look thank you!) (please delete this now. if you read the "about" info you'd see what would happen to people who didn't ask before remixing my project)

Nice remix! Oh and BTW, you live in Vancouver?? I live in Coquitlam! Do you want to meet?
Nice remix. It might be nice to also add credit to the original author in your project notes.
I left his own credit alone in the "About" page.
so you wouldn't care if i download orange os and made orange os 1 with "updated graphics"
Many people have done that. Go ahead.
(view all replies)you just say the graphics are better, even though all you did was change a wallpaper. whoop-ti-do! amazing graphics update.

(view all replies)You'll report to the Scratch team if a project is copied without permission? Well, good luck with THAT, my friend.
(view all replies)You obviously didn't read the license. It's the community's OS now.
Dude seriously, how old are you like eight?
(view all replies)I do have my own OS. Do a search for "OrangeOS", and I appreciate the help I have gotten with it from my many Scratch friends.
