sorry i didn't respond 21 min ago... Well, its really a complicated process. Go to youtube and search this "How to make an animated GIF with GIMP" GIMP is a free program like photoshop (thats like $300). No bugs, viruses, etc. perfectly safe program. If you have any questions just ask (I'm sure you will).
