Very nice! I love the new scenery and the controls! I just wish it was a bit quicker online...but I don't know if there's a lot you can do about that. It works great downloaded though. Great work :)

(view all replies)Yay! About 20 planes later, I have managed to land back at the airport. I also did a loop once. Awesome! I find it works *much* better downloaded then online.
I have never been able to complete the loop and land :D And, as always, it works better when downloaded. :P
Almost made it back to the airport...this is great fun!
The angle meter is excellent as well - and very helpful! I did much better on this last attempt and actually had a controlled and level flight - until I smashed into a mountain :)
I fixed up the controls in the newest version. They should be MUCH easier to use now. :D
Wow! Great speedometer and scrolling! I managed to get airborne for a few seconds...then went into a dive and smashed (with a great explosion) into the ground. Very good - this is really coming along well :)
I'm very happy to hear you like it. :) I *may* make this into a game once I've improved the controls a bit. Someone else requested an "Altimeter" and I think I might add that as well...

i got it tilted up extremely far and very fast and it started making shapes

Lol! Don't take this the wrong way, but this project is hilarious! XD Tons of fun, the physics aren't the best, but it's still better then what a lot of people could do!

I might be able to help...
I am looking for more realistic take off and turning. A real plane can't take off at 15mph can it? And you can't really fly upside down with a freight jet now can you? I just need to improve the physics a bit.

(view all replies)Well flying upside-down is possible, but you would black out before you got there. I would recommend adding a sprite of an explosion that, upon the plane touching the ground, would go to the plane and show, so that the plain would appear to crash!
