I'm guessing they just kind of took a longgg break from subbing...but since you can understand japanese, then go to google.com and there might be a ep 130 RAW. i can somewhat understand japanese, but i can't translate >.< and yeah, i tried to find the 4th movie for you, but can't find it x.x

I knew, but I just forgot...It's Chou Gekijouban Keroro Gunso 4 : Gekishin Dragon Warriors De Arimasu! It came out on March 7th, this year, so it'll be out in subs I think next year...>.<
