This is something I made using effects that come with Scratch.

As you can see, you start with the 3 Primary Colors.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Press R to Restart.
Press B to change the Brightness-effect (only works if you have used the Darkness-effect).
Press D to change the Darkness-effect.
Press F to change the Fisheye-effect.
Press W to change the Whirl-effect (personally, I think this one is my favorite).
Press M to change the Mosiac-effect.
Press P to change the Pixelate-effect.
Press C to change the Color-effect.
